Great stay! Their premium suite provides spacious two rooms which was perfect for our family of three. Room offers lots of amenities and we had great time. Check-in and out were easy.

Hotel isn’t too bad. The balcony view was nice. But when I used the hot tub, the tiles were leaking water. If you plan to stay here. Be prepared to not see any front desk staff. Not even for checkout. I knocked on the staff door and no one showed up.

The hotrl was clean and comfortable ebough. In 9rder to reduce the cost the hotel seemed to keep min no of staff eho were very stretched to serve so many customers. The layput of the room was odd. A big powder room anda spacipus bar / dining area were goos but in terms of actual usefulness of the space was a question. Instead the hotel could have made the toilet /shower space bigger

Good place to enjoy the 낙산 beach while I was there for other purpose. It is pricey but would be alright if you plan to use the facilities the most.

We stayed there during the off-season so it was quite a cost-effective stay. Breakfast was okay, not bad, not good. The distance to the Naksan Beach was not too far. It took around less than 20 minutes by foot. The overall facility was okay.

Great hotel, but not beach side as suggested

We stayed in the Suite terrace and it was a spacious clean lovely room. The only hiccup was that I thought the hotel was on the beach, which it technically was, but it was about a 10 minute walk (3 minute drive) to the portion of the beach that was useable (swimmable, beach parasols, amenities). That part was misleading from the description of the hotel. Other than that, the room was fantastic, and the terrace portion was a nice to have. We didn’t really sit out on it too much.

The property needs lots of renovation to be appealed by guests. The room itself is ok, but the initial impression of building look and color, corridors, and surrounding are discouraging to tourists. I am not sure whether this is really 4 star hotel. Too many wornouts everywhere...

Pros/Cons

Pros, room condition is okay and parking lot is limit but back side hotel has large sizes parking lots...Cons,not friendly for baby. There is no extra baby bed or barrier and other supports.

There was mold growing in the bedroom. We felt it was unsafe to sleep there. We've asked for another room and the staff was completely unhelpful and stated that there was non available. We've requested fro refund and they would not either. It was a horrible experience and I would never stay or recommend the place to anyone. The pictures online is not what you're getting!!!
