  • Hello there and welcome, I am architect Stoiana Koleva-Kolin and will be more than happy to introduce you to my completely renovated apartment, in the heart of Sofia City. Created and furnished with love and attention to every detail. “Cosiness” was the key word which guided the renovation works and giving it a “homely’ feel and soul. It was important for me, not only as an architect, but as a daughter and a mother, as the flat has always been a part of the family and has an emotional value, and love for the family is my guiding star. “Sweet Home in the Heart of Sofia” overlooks a green oasis with Saint George Church in the middle. Perfect location in a quiet romantic street, within walking distance of all central points of interest. Comfortable bedroom, soft and warm covers, hot coffee, fast internet, numerous TV channels, cosy sitting room and a small romantically furnished kitchen. What more can one want from a home? I love Sofia and it will give me great pleasure if you choose “Sweet Home in the Heart of Sofia” for your stay, and if it helps you fall in love with the town too.
