The accommodation, although short, proved adequate; it was clean, and no one spoiled the atmosphere. The only thing I didn't like was the marketing technique they used to display the photos here on this website, which aren't 100% accurate.

1. The AC can only be turned on by pressing a button on an uninsulated circuit board hanging off of it 2. The carpet in the hallway has rips, dents in the floor, and dried up yellow liquid (assuming this was from someone throwing up) 3. Queen size bed was left with a single size duvet. Wasn’t enough to keep me warm overnight. 4. There were no toiletries (soap, shampoo etc.) 5. There were NO towels in the room

Hotelli vaatisi kovasti peruskorjausta. Kokolattiamatto huoneessa ja käytävissä todella kulunut ja tahrainen. Tapetointi vaatisi myös uusimista. Laatoitettu kylpyhuone ok. Sijainti erinomainen lentokentältä tulevan metrolinjan pysäkin läheisyydessä. Tärkeimmät nähtävyydet yhden metropysäkkivälin päässä. Hyvä aamupala.

Billigt hotell

En bra bit utanför centrum, när du promenerar. Nära spårvagn och tunnelbana. Trevlig personal och bra frukost men överlag slitet och rätt sunkigt hotell. Vi skulle inte välja samma hotell en gång till.

Horrible

Déjà l'hôtesse d'accueil est abominable. Si elle aime pas son métier, elle rendrait service à tout le monde de faire autre chose que de mal parler aux clients. Les photos des chambres ne sont pas conformes ! La moquette est tellement tachée ! Et usée. Tout est vieux. Les matelas ont vécu. On est un couple. Ils nous ont donné une chambre avec 2 lits qu'ils ont rapproché, avec 2 micro couvertures. Expérience épouvantable, lamentable !

Ett väldigt fint hotell i Sofias centrum. 10 minuter från tunnelbanan som åker hela vägen till flygplatsen. Mycket bekväm säng. Badrummet hade badkar.

Overall good experience

Good location in the city center and only 3 minutes walk to Opalchenska metro station offering direct access to and from Sofia airport. Very friendly hotel staff. The room was clean and quiet, the bed was comfortable. The advertised "breakfast buffet" on the Hotels.com website and again on the booking confirmation consists in fact of a total of four items offered to guests : one hot drink (tea or coffee), one 500 ml bottle of water, one sandwich and one apple. Fortunately foodshops in the neighbourhood are available to buy extra breakfast items.

Un po’ squallido

Camere spoglie e vecchie che corrispondono poco con le foto di presentazione. Con una doccia da una durata normale, perdite d’acqua in tutto il bagno. Hotel posizionato vicino al centro città ma in zona non particolarmente felice quindi non permette di raggiungere il centro a piedi e soprattutto di sera in serenità. Non ha un servizio ristorante. Il ristornate più vicini è situato in mezzo ad un parco e non accetta carta di credito (sconsiglio se siete soli). Personale dell’hotel cortese e disponibile. Nota positiva: parcheggio Colazione: senza infamia e senza lode

Goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.Kamers netjes, ontbijt prima met voldoende keuze. Metro en trolley bus om de hoek. Leuk parkje vlakbij. Centrum makkelijk te bereiken vanaf hier

Le personnel de reception etait tres sympathique. Le personnel d'etage tres efficace.le remplacement des serviettes et draps presque tous les jours.nickel Un gros bemol, la fenetre de la chambre (303)ne fermait pas completement et donnait sur le boulevard tres bruyant.assez difficile de s'endormir. J'ai demande une intervention de la maintenance pour le reglage(qui etait tres simple!)de la fenetre, mais il n'y a eu aucune intervention de la semaine.
