The perfect starting point for further hikes, mountain tours and mountain bike tours.
Surrounded by the Ötztal mountains, our holiday flats in the flat house are located approx. 150 m above the village centre of Sölden.
A restaurant is in the immediate vicinity (approx. 300 metres away)
W-LAN is also included in the whole house as well as the car parking spaces which are available free of charge, bed linen and towels are provided. There is also an e-filling station and a bike cellar with workbench and washing area.

The south-facing balcony is furnished with chairs and tables and offers a wonderful view of the Ötztal mountains.
