Fun in the Sun and Snow!

  • Perfect Sodus Point year-round getaway with all you need at the cottage or “in our back yard!” Walk to just about everything; beach access, 5 restaurants/bars, including a new jazz bar, gas station, 2 grocery stores, 2 ice cream shops, gift shop, and a playground all within a short walking distance. Hiking, antique shops, and great little farm market are a 10 minute drive. New liquor store is a 5 minute drive! Del Lago Casino and Waterloo outlet, a 35 minute drive. Seneca Lake wineries, a one hour drive. Did I mention GREAT FISHING? (Ice fishing in winter). Come experience life in a true beach community!
