The staff is friendly and polite. The room is basic. Good mattress, pillows and super absorbent towels. Too hot over night in the room, shower door defective

Good overall except for hot summer days
The only thing that was a very big downside is that we have arrived at the hotel on a hot summer day (30° C) and the lobby felt like a sauna and it wasn't much comfortable in the rooms either. There is no A/C or ventilation system that can handle temperatures above 25 degrees in that hotel.

Stayed here for a quick stop over, price was reasonable. Location was easy access from highway. Room was fine for few hours sleep. Only downfall was we had to make up the kids beds when we arrived. Plenty of fast food places 10minutes drive back towards the highway. Hotel is 100m from airport departure terminal. Continental breakfast was ok nothing special. Staff were friendly, free parking at the back of hotel. Price is good for this hotel.

a good place to sleep
All i can say is that Connect is a friendly place, but has some lacks. If you need a place to stay overnight, its the perfect place, but if you look for comfort, please fond another place. Greeting to the employees, who are amazing!

Are you a coronavirus nomad, driven to great lengths to get back home amid border closures and cancelled flights? Then do not hesitate to stay at the Connect Hotel! It is genuinely a well-cared for hotel, perfectly clean with helpful staff and free breakfast included. However, you do make the bed yourself (linens provided), and the walls are a bit thin so if you find yourself trying to fall asleep to the dulcet tones of a drunken young neighbor, I'm not sure there is much they can do. Hopefully you're so exhausted it won't matter.

Basic but great value
I had the most basic room with a shared bathroom. Basic room, mattress a bit thin and walls are a bit thing so you can hear next door's guests moving around. Great location next to airport though, very clean, friendly and efficient service and lovely breakfast.

Nice and close to the airport - took about five minutes to walk to the terminal. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only thing to watch out for is the bar menu lists the prices of spirits per 10ml but the measures are 40ml or 60ml so you have to do the maths before you order! Very confusing. It would be simpler just to list the prices for a small or large drinkl

Near airport and great value.
This hotel is primarily for travellers using the very nearby airport. As such it is great and in many ways, fantastic. Value for money. Good common areas. Nice food etc. Yes the basic rooms are basic, but comfortable and warm. And the common shower areas were kept clean too.
