We arrived on 30 June 2023 and departed on 5 July. Room did not get serviced until 4 July, WE had to request a toilet roll from reception! Frankly not good enough!

Hi Keith, Thank you so much for your feedback. Im sorry to hear that your stay wasnt as pleasant as we all want it to be. At Comfort Hotel we only clean the room every 4th day when youre staying a longer period, but if requested we will of course clean it sooner than that. I apologize that you did not receive this information upon arrival, i will take this up with the staff working that day. I wish you a really nice summer, and hope to see you here again for a second chance.

Friendly, comfortable and clean
Friendly and helpful staff. The room was comfortable, big and clean and had a nice view over the water. Very central location, close to nice restaurants and only a short walk to the train station.

Rummet kändes tråkigt då inga tavlor eller någon sådant. Duschblandaren behöver definitivt en uppgradering. Mycket trevlig personal och frukost utbud!

Bra familjerum
Bokade familjerum för två vuxna och två barn. Det var bra iordningställt med en dubbelsäng samt två utdragssoffor (som blev jättebra barnsängar då armstöden på soffan fungerade som skydd från att ramla ur). Bra Corona-ordnat med frukosten där man kunde plocka på sig en påse frukost (fylla själv med det man vill) eller äta i matsalen om man hellre ville det.

Very Comfertable
The hotel was - as it name suggests - comfortable! I was able to park right outside (although more parking is available in a nearby garage) The rooms were clean and functional, There was Sky News, but no BBC news on the TV. Breakfast was good, a wide range of fresh fruit, coffee, meat and hot food.

Nice place to stay in Eskilstuna
This is a very nice hotel in the center of town. You can walk to anything you need. The lobby/bar is a nice area to relax.

Eskilstuna - a pleasant surprise
Perfectly situated hotel right beside the river in Eskilstuna. And we loved the walks along the riverside. The hotel was fine with good service. A slick of paint would certainly freshen up the exterior.

Nice hotel if you don't need internet.
Everything was pretty good except internet. The service minded staff did their best to make my stay a good one. The room were spacious, the beds comfortable. The breakfast was OK but not better than the hotel next door where I usually stay. I liked that they had some snacks to buy if you get hungry. The big minus is that WIFI DOESN'T WORK!! I even got a 4G device to help me in my room as I mentioned that the Wifi was useless and this device was equally bad. I was completely unable to connect my work computer to internet or my phone, not do any work, not be able to do anything at all that required internet. So next day I needed to switch hotels so that I could get some work done.

Excellent service from the staff
One person in particular, Marie from Gothenburg, on the Reception Desk went far out of her way to make our stay at the hotel a fulfilling experience. We needed a rental car on a Friday to attend a funeral, and Hertz and Avis were no help. Marie found just the car we wanted, had it delivered to the hotel, and arranged for the pick up the following Monday after we had returned to Stockholm. Others on the desk were very good about getting us messages from family members in Eskilstuna and Stockholm. Great service!

have stayed here for the last three years when the Vasteras car show is on. The staff are always helpful, the room clean and the hotel is within walking distance to bars and clubs

The room was but tatty at the edges, the floor wasn't clean and the desk and bedside tables had sticky drinks stains on them. The sink waste also leaked onto the floor. Despite these issues, the room was comfortable, very quiet, had fast wifi, good breakfast and was fairly reasonably priced with friendly and helpful staff.

The charming city of Eskilstuna :)
It was the perfect little getaway for myself. Seeing the charming city of Eskilstuna & a great show at the konstmuseum, I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone - extremely welcoming & friendly too :)

Centralt hotell i Eskilstuna
Har bott på detta hotell flera gånger tidigare. Tyvärr var vistelsen inte lika positiv som den brukar. Personalen verkade stressad och irriterad när vi ställde frågor. Vårt rum blev inte städat förrän dagen innan vi åkte hem. Vi bodde här i fem nätter. Frukosten var helt ok men inget wow. Parkeringsutrymmet till bilen var bra.
