"The people are lovely and really helpful. Their enthusiasm for the look of the hotel is super. Lots of lovely colourful plants. There was plenty of choice for breakfast and the rooms were clean and comfortable."

I became ill, saw a doctor and needed an emergency phamacy - the staff assisted with this giving us directions to an emergency pharmacist in the area. Also, assisted in being able to stay an extra night for me to recover. Only down side was the restaurant was not open during the weekend. "

Our room was a good size and looked like it had been recently refurbished as the bathroom was excellent.Great toiletries too. Very comfy bed.We could have used the pool and spa free of charge but didn't have time as it was just a overnight stop travelling through France."

Well situated in a walkable proximity (around 5 min) to the public transport options and the university/hospital. There might be a bit of noise when other guests move out in the evening. But you can sleep through it (they provide ear plugs too if needed)."
