The staff is not the greatest. The gentleman was great but the woman was rude. The door locks are finicky and need to be replaced. The heater in the room is loud and doesn't heat the room well because of the large window. The bed was comfortable. Although the hotel is clean, the surrounding area doesn't feel the safest and I saw a gentleman trying to find cigarette butts in the parking lot to smoke. Traveling solo, this behavior made me feel unsafe in this area. Breakfast was simple and always ready.

A/C was effective. Window in bathroom was a bit sketchy. The only "lock" on it was a hook that was placed in a hole in the drywall. Shower curtain rod was less than acceptably installed. It worked, but I was afraid it would fall out of the wall.

I was glad the host was able to put me in a ground-floor room! I have 2 heavy bags, so it’s much easier to go straight into my room from the back of my truck. Lighting was good, bed comfortable, shower good, overall, clean and comfortable. I’d definitely stay here again.

Towels, sinks, bath, and walls were a bit dirty. Pain peeling throughout the room and bathroom. The shower made a high pitched sound every time we showered to the point where it hurt. Sink could use a good scrub. Towels appeared to not be cleaned properly. Bed and sheets appeared clean and fridge too. For a last minute motel it wasn’t bad.

Nothing good about this motel, should be a 1 star hotel. I may never stay in a windham property again. Missing caulk, grout and mold in the shower, missing tiles, bed was a full not a queen, no table, no chair to sit in, only a 12" single bedside table. Very uncomfortable, we complained and were moved into another room with the same issues. Waste of time and money. Unable to cancel the rest of the trip, so we just left early. Never ever again. Hotels.com tried to help, but I guess they were desperate for room rent

Comfortable bed and good shower. Check in desk was very helpful and suggested local events and offerings. I travel with my dog so I always pick a no carpet room. The property is all paved and the open space across the parking lot was all stickers and broken glass.

The floor was dirty. You felt the grit as you walked around. There was hair on the bath room counter. There was sheetrock peeling off the walls in many locations. There was unfinished and unpainted plaster is the shower room. The door threshold was damaged and a trip hazard. The bottom sheet plastic was shot and wouldn't stay on the mattress.

No coffee maker in room

In the description of the room, it said that there was a coffee maker in each room; my #1 desire. A frig & microwave are #2. I travel mostly for racing - triathlon/running. These items are important to me. The room did NOT have a coffee maker. I had to drive out of town to a 24-hr truck stop for coffee @ 4a, to get ready for a race. It worked, but it wasn’t convenient.
