Studio with Jacuzzi "Balcony of the Len"

When thinking of the name, “Balcón de la Len” was decided by the wonderful views that the house has towards the Valcaba lion. In the valley it is called “len” to the areas of mountains with a lot of slope. If something surprises you about the house are its stunning views and the tranquility that surrounds it; where only the Argumal river is heard and the occasional bird singing.
It is a completely renovated house in which the stone of the original house has been used for the facade. The interior decoration has been done with great care based on the sea-mountain theme. Two of the studios are inspired by the sea "Santander" and "Villas marinas" and the other two in the mountains "Valles pasiegos" and "Alto Asón".
The house has a total of 4 studios - apartments with hot tub and kitchen included. The two rooms located on the ground floor are ideal for couples where they can enjoy the sun on the large terrace they have. These two rooms are also recommended for those who are accompanied by your pet. The two rooms on the top floor are a little more spacious than the previous ones, so they have a sofa bed for the little ones to sleep. They also have a south-facing balcony overlooking the portico of La Sía.
All have spacious bathrooms with a spa bath and shower. In the kitchen you will find the following appliances: fridge, washing machine, hob, extractor and microwave. In addition to coffee maker, toaster and juicer and all the crockery and utensils to prepare a delicious meal.
