"The staff were extremely helpful at check in. We were early so we were able to leave our luggage and explore. The room was very nice and the Buffett breakfast was great! It was an easy walk to the arena. Great location. "

"Its quite a dated property for comfort and definitely not a 5 star hotel experience. The bedsheets and pillows were the worst Ive experienced - they seemed to be made of weird recycled material. The reception staff were pleasant but they recommended a local car rental company as their prefered provider who ended up quoting way more than every other rental company in Verona and they said they could deliver car to the hotel - not the actual case so we cancelled and booked with bigger name."

"Great hotel and location. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Ideally situated next to the arena with easy access to public transport. The roof top terrace is lovely for drinks and soaking up the sun. Our room also had a private outside terrace which was an added bonus. Would definitely stay again."
