"Hotel was very nice. Quiet and clean. The AC worked well in the room. The hotel location was great to go to Progressive Field. Also there are lots of restaurants near the hotel. If you buy the breakfast voucher, know the food was good but they were understaffed so be patient."

"My daughter and I booked a stay here for a night in Cleveland, OH. I did not feel comfortable staying alone with my daughter in a room in this house and we left and booked another hotel. If I was with my husband - I would have stayed. But it was just us 2 gals and my daughter is 14. Overall Pros: Parking right on premises Interesting area Great for larger parties Craig was quick to respond when we asked for early check in. And quick to help us get in when we couldn't get the door code to work. Cons: Not something I would recommend to a small group of women Not very clean, but I am a bit particular about cleanliness. There were dust bunnies on the ceiling, the bathroom towels were stained, and dust / hair on floor. Overall the place could have used an annual deep clean, but that is not something that many would see. But I notice. As we didn't stay, we got there at 2PM and left by 3PM, we did ask for a refund and were declined. No refund within 48 hours, is the reason. As we didn't feel safe staying there, we were hopeful. No luck. We booked a hotel downtown Cleveland with security and felt much better. It was more expensive and even with the lost in the booking of this place, I felt I made the right decision for myself and my 14 year old daughter. "

"Our Hosts were extremely helpful and hospitable. We thoroughly enjoyed staying at The Elmstead Retreat as the home is contemporary, offers great amenities and is well maintained and very clean. The home is well located to Downtown Cleveland and all the City’s attractions and sports facilities. Highly recommended."
