Please note: For Guests booking directly through VRBO or our website, a $250 pre-authorization hold will be placed on your credit card on the day of arrival. This is not a charge—just a temporary hold that will be released after your departure once housekeeping confirms the unit is in good order. Depending on your bank, the hold typically clears within 5–8 business days.
Therefore, please use a credit card, not a debit card, when booking with enough funds for this transaction to go through on your arrival to ensure that you have a smooth and trouble-free check-in.

Please note if you are booking through Airbnb or VRBO: There is a non-refundable fee of $100 (plus tax) per dog. Airbnb and VRBO only calculate one dog fee regardless of how many dogs you are bringing. If you are bringing more than one dog, please let us know right away so we can add a fee to your invoice of $100 (plus tax) for your second dog.

Welcome to Camp 4, Unit 6 — your private mountain retreat offering the perfect blend of space, comfort, and relaxation. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings, crisp mountain air, and convenient access to the mountain. The nearby Camp Four Trail provides seasonal access to explore Snowshoe’s beautiful Northern Tract.

After a day of adventure or taking in the mountain views, return to Camp 4, Unit 6 to relax and recharge. This spacious open-concept home is designed with comfort in mind, featuring cozy gas fireplaces, generous gathering spaces, and a modern kitchen that’s perfect for spending quality time with family and friends.

THE RESORT:

At 4,848 feet, Snowshoe Mountain has the best skiing south of Vermont and east of Colorado, and is the perfect all-season destination in West Virginia’s Allegheny Mountains. You’re sure to find an activity to keep all your family members happy.

- Winter – With an average yearly snowfall of 180 inches, the mountain offers 250 acres of skiable terrain, 61 slopes, 12 lifts, night skiing in Silver Creek, and 5 terrain parks for all skill levels. When you feel like taking a break from skiing or snowboarding, try out other activities such as the Coca-Cola tubing park, Polaris RZR tours, snowmobile tours, horse-drawn sleigh rides, and the Snowshoe spa, to name a few.

- Summer – Enjoy the Snowshoe Bike Park with 40 downhill trails at your disposal. Other activities include hiking, horseback riding, geocaching, clay shooting, golfing, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, relaxing by Shavers Lake, etc.


ADDITIONAL NOTES:

- This property is equipped with an outdoor doorbell camera for security purposes.

- The closest shuttle to the property is located at Camp 4 and, from there, Guests can get off at the entrance to the Western Territory, Village, Top of the World, or Silver Creek, depending on where you want to ski.

- Camp Four offers a fantastic location with easy access to Snowshoe’s Northern Tract via the Camp Four Trail to Powderidge Lift. (Slope access may be limited during early and late season.)

- Camp 4, Unit 6 is a townhome and shares one wall with another property.

- Parking is right outside the property and there is space for two vehicles.

- Please be courteous and considerate of the other guests and abide by the quiet hours from 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM.

- Party away on the mountain or at a local restaurant. But, please, no parties in the condo.

EARLY CHECK-IN: While we know you are excited to kick off your vacation, please note we cannot guarantee anything earlier than a 5:00 PM check-in.

LATE CHECK-OUT: Unfortunately, these are not possible. If you’d like a late checkout so you can enjoy all the mountain has to offer, we’re happy to book you for another night, if this or any of our other properties is available.
