"I travelled to SNO with our boys. Three of us were more than comfortable. Britta greeted us personally, and is an awesome host and left us a few treats for New Year’s Eve. We found the place very convenient for our goal of skiing a lot and being close to Snowmass village and mall on a budget. The modest kitchenette has a microwave/hotplate/coffeemaker. Bathroom was clean and good. We will def be back as guests. Thanks Britta!"

"Air conditioning wall unit stopped and did not work, we were very hot at night. Hallways, gym area, elevators, and garage were very creepy and dirty. We were scared. We also couldn’t get any soda or bottled water because the machines only take cash. Please consider people’s safety and security, and needing to feel comfortable. The room is fine, but couldn’t use the coffee machine because cups were not wrapped in plastic for safety. Please do not charge people $500 plus. This is a $150 hotel. The view is pretty, but will not stay here again. Best wishes. "
