"My room was amazing. The pics served no purpose, much better in person. I got greeted by the best bellman ever, Deadrick Fleming. He was very courteous, informative and super helpful. Not to mention the hotel is downtown which means, it is walking distance to everything. I would highly recommend this hotel. "

"This was one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed at. I am VERY particular when it comes to hotels. So to give a hotel 5 stars is saying a lot. I did not find one stain or hair on bedding, towels, carpet, or tile in the bathroom. The room and bathroom were very spacious. Everyone had plenty of space. The entire hotel smells clean and fresh. Breakfast was very good. Again, kept very clean. Not a crumb left on the tables. All staff members were very friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel. 10/10!!"

"Everyone from the front desk to the bartender to the maid and the guy sweeping the floor was so nice to us. Genuinely nice—not forced or fake. In particular, the young gal that checked us in searched for the perfect room for my husband and me. “High floor, not near the elevators.” We got a corner room on the top floor that was fantastic. I wish I caught her name because she was terrific. The young guy (Zhou) at the bar took care of us our first night there. We were tired from driving all day so we decided to just eat in the hotel. He was prompt with menus and took our order right away. I asked for grilled chicken on my salad instead of the fried as was listed on the menu. “Yes, of course” he told me. Not only was he the main bartender, he was the full time waiter too. Our meals were delivered quickly and boy were they delicious. My grilled chicken was cooked perfectly and the mixed greens were crisp and fresh. My husband got a pulled pork sandwich, which was huge (and excellent he said) with a very generous portion of their seasoned fries. Zhou checked on us to make sure everything was good but in a subtle, effective, non-interruptive way. So professional. Zhou also took care of a to-go order for us during the week. We really appreciated him. And last, but certainly not least, was the valet David, who was so pleasant and easy to talk to. It was our first time in Memphis and he was very informative about the area. We really enjoyed chatting with him. Great valet!"
