About this property
Snoqualmie Pass Ski Cabin w/Hot Tub and Bonus Tree House!
Snoqualmie Summit Ski Haus is a singular combination of spectacular location and thoughtful functional design, with an artist's touch. Meticulous attention to detail defines this year-round home at the top of The Pass, minutes from 4 ski areas, 1 mile from the Pacific Crest Trail, Alpine Lakes Wilderness and other major hiking destinations. This is a fully furnished, 3-bedroom, 1 bath family-sized home that sleeps 6 to 8 people. Two rooms with king sized beds; one on main level, one in lofted area. The downstairs bedroom has 4 bunkbeds with bonus tv/play area. Living room in loft space. Kitchen has granite countertops, stainless Samsung refrigerator, and Williams Sonoma propane range and oven. There is a propane fireplace that keeps the cabin warm and cozy. We have recently installed a 31-inch propane fire pit where the wood fire pit was, so you can still enjoy a fire even during burn bans. Cabin is fully accessible by main road (snowplowed by county) without any hiking or digging involved! There is a covered walkway from driveway to door front. Driveway is plowed regularly in Winter months with room for 2 -3 cars. Three covered patios, Weber BBQ, an Italian Woodfired pizza oven and an 8-person Bullfrog hot tub. There is a tree house in the back accessible by a staircase. It has electricity and heat! Perfect for your kids. Safety lighting outdoors with security system. Security cameras are at door entry, driveway and grounds to protect our guests. There is a detached garage with ADU and a full time resident 60 feet from the house. Resident has separate entry and parking and has no access to the common grounds of our guests. Grounds and common areas are maintained on Wednesday in the afternoon from 1pm to 4pm in none snow months. Photocopy of State or federal ID required before booking date. Our Cabin is currently for sale, any days booked are not available to be viewed be potential buyers or agents.

What an awesome cabin! Great layout and room for everyone. We couldn’t make it to the tree house because the snow was too high, but I imagine in summer it’s equally as magical as it looked with the snow falling. The host was thoughtful and kind and prepared well. We had a wonderful time at the mountain which was so conveniently close! Followed up by the hot tub couldn’t be beat! Thank you for your hospitality!
We had a great time, so much fun. Cabin was well appointed, hot tub was very nice after a long day.

Our stay at the Snoqualmie Pass Ski Cabin was just fantastic. The cabin was so cute, cozy and clean with so many treasures in the details around every corner. It was just the perfect place for a quick weekend getaway with the family. The kids and grandkids found all the sledding hills they needed out back for a super fun snow day and the hot tub was perfect for the adults aching muscles later! I highly recommend this place! Thank you Harry for your stellar service and responsiveness!
Wonderful property, super clean and cozy. Location was perfect for skiing and spending time with family. Harry was a great host! We have stayed at four different locations up at the Pass, and this was our favorite
We had a wonderful and peaceful stay in late March for a last minute ski weekend! The hot tub was so relaxing, the scenery was beautiful, and the cabin was so cute and cozy! The owner/manager was super responsive to all our questions and the weekend was just perfect. Highly recommend!
This was a beautiful home and very close to the ski slope. Well stocked with with high-quality essentials and decor. We enjoyed snowshoeing around the property. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. Our host Harry was very quick to respond, flexible, and helpful. We enjoyed our stay. The only suggestions would be to clear the driveway of ice or make it known in the advertisement that the driveway could be icy.
We stayed at this cabin for a few days mid-week so we could introduce our kids to skiing for the first time. From the start, communication with Harry was quick, clear, and he was incredibly accommodating.Upon arrival, the cabin was spotless and just as depicted in the photos. Our family (including our dog) loved the cozy fireplace and enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub.The cabin's location is ideal—just minutes from the base of the Summit at Snoqualmie, which was perfect for our kids’ first skiing experience. I was even able to quickly head back to let our dog out while the kids kept skiing. We would absolutely stay again and highly recommend this cabin to anyone planning a visit to the pass!
The house is a gem! Super well taken care of and it has all that a family would need. Hot tub, fire place, and tree house are a plus. We would definitely stay again!
We enjoyed our stay at the cabin! We could feel the hosts thoughtfulness in the amenities/details left for us. The hot tub was large and clean. Plenty of silverware and kitchen tools. Overall a very good trip. We would recommend/rent here again!
The host was really welcoming and nice throughout the entire stay. Everything worked great. There were no issues. Felt right at home from the start. Overall a great experience.
Our first VRBO experience was just stellar! Even made more so by the graciousness and ease of communication provided by our host Harry. Celebrating the holidays with my grandkids from Los Angeles (and their fulfilled fervent wish for a white xmas) amidst a spectacular winter wonderland of a property was quintessential!
It was my first experience using VRBO or staying in any type of rental home. In the experience was so amazing! Super friendly host, quick to respond! My daughters kept extremely busy with all the things to do there! Provided all the necessary things needed in the kitchen.. AND THEN some! The creek in the back was a fun walk and was fun to play in. already planning my next trip back there for a girls weekend.
We stayed almost 2 weeks over Christmas and despite worst than usual weather it was a great vacation.
The cabin is located on a quiet private street with no through traffic, however, it got plowed regularly (as well as driveway). It is very close to all ski areas, so we could come back home for a lunch and go back skiing.
Harry is a wonderful host. Our 6yo was worried Santa wouldn’t find him away from home, and the first thing he saw was a decorated Christmas tree on the porch!
There cabin is big enough to accommodate 4 adults and 2 small kids. It is very clean, lots of storage space, great kitchen with astonishing stove. I cooked Christmas dinner just as I would do it at home. All bedrooms have real comfortable beds, though I would recommend to secure stairs on bank beds for smaller kids.
Kids enjoyed sleading, snowshoeing on the backyard between trees and even had winter picnics inside the tree house. We’ve got so many precious happy family memories there.
There are lots of great things about the cabin, it is hard to list them all. I am sure it is a beautiful place to stay any season.
Thank you Harry for your hospitality!
We really enjoyed the property -- there were a lot of fun things to do, for kids and adults alike. There is a short path that leads to the stream in the back. The host was responsive and easy to get ahold of.
