Enter the 2 story foyer through the hand made decorative iron door and you will instantly know you are somewhere special. Stress seems to melt away as you are surrounded by nature and spectacular views!

Livingroom area:
The living room contains a restored Steinway grand piano surrounded by twin love seats. A reclaimed 1900s train cart was converted to become our coffee table and pays tribute to the old logging culture this area once had. Large picture windows allow you to take in stunning views of the mountains and surrounding hills.

Dinning:
Three dinning options are yours to choose from. The formal dinning room has view windows and a beautiful round table easily served from the butlers counter in the kitchen. A sliding door off this room leads to a large balcony should you choose to have your meal outdoors. The views from this balcony are amazing and make for a wonderful place to host a BBQ or just sit and relax. The third dinning option is in the less formal dinning room behind the kitchen which contains a large farmhouse table which expands to seat up to 12 people!

Kitchen:
An extensively equipped gourmet kitchen outfitted with the finest appliances is the heart of this home. A large Viking refrigerator, dishwasher, 3 convection ovens, and 4 burner indiction cooktop ensure even large meals can be prepared easily. Professional La Cruset cookware, dishes, and cutlery are all provided.

Library:
A work friendly office space and library are also at the back side of the home.
The library filled with over 400 fine books is a wonderful place to curl up fireside with a classic.

Arcade:
Great for kiddos (and us kids at heart), our basement free-play arcade provides a great way to stay entertained for hours! 9 machines containing dozens of classic games are yours to enjoy free! We also just added a paid machine (Stacker) where you can win real prizes.

Bedrooms:
The top floor is where you will fine the bedrooms. The master suite is large and contains the finest king size duel zone adjustable bed we could find! Outfitted with crisp clean white linens you are in for some of the best sleep you have ever had! a 65 inch smart TV is centered on the bed. Views from the master windows are spectacular and sunrise over the mountain can be breathtaking! The walk-in master closet is used for our storage but we have a built-in wall closet and 2 multi drawer bedside tables ensuring enough room for your clothes. There is also a built-in ironing board station. The master bath has a shower with twin heads, new toilet, and a vanity with lots of storage. A Peloton Bike and weights are yours to enjoy and face the view windows. An auto inflating been size airbed is included for overflow guests (VRBO details as a futon).

The guest bedrooms each have queen beds with high end memory foam mattresses and smart TVs. Real wood shutters allow for total darkness if desired for your little ones or others who like to sleep in a bit.

The garage are used for treehouse supply storage and is not accessible. You may see the caretaker outside during the day doing yard work or maintaining the treehouses and grounds. She will fully respect your privacy.

This 3 acre property is yours to enjoy, We have a 2 story treehouse that is at the north west of the property and a Millhouse the south west of the property that are also used as vacation rentals. We ask all parties be respectful of each others privacy and that all keep outdoor noise to a minimum. To protect the serenity of Deer Ridge, we have outdoor quiet hours between 8pm and 8am. please make sure all guests in your party know about and abide by this.

We respect your privacy. You may see the property caretaker doing yard work during the day or outside as she maintains the treehouses.

This home is in the country to give you an escape from the city. We are about 30 minutes to downtown Everett and about an hour to Seattle. Downtown Snohomish is an easy drive and features many antique shops and restaurants. We are not far from the Boeing Main plant and Paine Field Airport.
