Quiet and unique property, jost very friendly and helpful

beautiful hotel, amazing views and fantastic location. 100% recommend

The room was outstanding and very reasonably priced. The restaurant provided us with probably the best meals and service we have received in two months away from home. A fantastic overall experience. Strongly recommend.

The room was beautifully appointed, the bathroom as well, all very clean and the staff were friendly. The scenery, their gardens, the ruins an neighbourhood farms all made it even more charming. The breakfast was delicious. Would love to come back and stay again!

Beautiful place to stay. Accomodating and welcoming staff. Great location for walks to the cliffs, restaurants and town.

The room while small was really workable with a large renovated bathroom. The cooked to order breakfast was fantastic and all staff were helpful and friendly.

Kate and Andrew were wonderful hosts. The restaurant was great, and Cahersiveen is a lovely little town on the Ring of Kerry. Well worth a visit.

From the moment we arrived we were impressed with the high quality of the hotel and services - a warm welcome at reception, being presented with hot refresher towels, a porter for our luggage, and valet parking. The accommodation and facilities were superb. Our room was spacious, lavishly furnished, with a beautiful lounge suite and the bathroom was huge, very modern, with a large spa bath and double sink vanities. Dining options were an elegant a la carte restaurant or a more casual Irish pub...

Our stay at the Kingston was lovely. The room was beautifully decorated and very spacious and clean. The staff were very friendly and nice. Parking was in the street opposite the hotel. Ate at the hotel next door which was lovely. Breakfast was simple but reasonably priced.

We enjoyed our stay, staff were very friendly, breakfast was wonderful. We had to rearrange things in our room to be able to accomodate the tea tray offered. A little less in terms of lamps and large wardrobes, and more thought into what is needed by travellers to accomodate their needs. The wardrobe was excessive and took up so much space. The staff were exceptional, and we enjoyed our stay. Due to room layout not sure if we would choose again. Position was great, parking in street...

So many hotels to choose from we simply went with Avenue as we saw it from the petrol station. We thought it would be expensive... pleasantly surprised it was good value for a very nice hotel with car parking available.

Great spot with helpful & attentive staff

Great bed and wonderful friendly helpful staff. The room was fabulous. Would most definitely recommend this hotel. We were only sorry we weren’t staying longer as it’s such a fabulous area to explore as well.

Great location although parking was certainly an issue. Room was small but adequate. Having to climb up 3 steps into the bathroom was also not ideal. Great staff and an all round lovely place.
