We enjoyed our stay, everything we needed was right there. The owner even met me in the rain to make sure we were squared away for our stay and that we knew how to get around. Very courteous and friendly atmosphere. I would definitely stay again.

Very nice for a weekend getaway!

This was the perfect place for a weekend getaway on a budget for my small family. The private beach access was wonderful and the kids loved the pool! Room is definitely older but very clean and well maintained. With family in the area we will definitely be back!

Oh I just loved my stay at North Topsail Beach at the Villa Capriani with my husband and 2 kids!! The owner was so friendly and helpful. It was easy to book and the view and location was just gorgeous. Walk to the beach, pool for adults and kids and a hot tub. What more could you ask for? It was relaxing and that's what we wanted relaxation. It made it feel like you're at home. They had everything you may need beach gear and all. I loved that part! We as a family will definitely be back!

This was my first stay in North Topsail. The beach views were fantastic. I was not around to walk on the beach as I was there for work in Topsail Island. The host was excellent and eager to please. A/C was good even if it was a bit confusing to figure out. I loved hearing the ocean at night while going to sleep. The unit just needs a bit up upkeep and it was challenging maneuvering around the bed to get to the mini kitchen area.

Great weekend on the shore

We had a smooth check in and great communication from Frank. The facility itself was nice and the rental unit was perfect for us. Two adults and one teen. The kitchen area was useful and clean. Especially the bathroom was spotless! The towels are a little worn and the baseboards are dusty but that’s just splitting hairs. We would like to return. A very good value.

Great location great price

Beautiful location the pools were clean and enjoyable with the beach access being immediately accessible. Only suggestion I would make is for our specific rooms. There was no seating space to eat. It was just kitchen and beds. A couple chairs, and a small table or some TV trays would’ve been nice. However, for the price, can’t beat it.

Fishing trip with grandsons

I found Frank's place and it checked all the boxes of what my grandsons and I needed for our trip. The facility was clean, and the property well secured. The restaurant on site was good. Frank was really personable, and showed us around the property, which is a good service in short-term rentals. I would return there again.

Late March Stay

The space was the right size for the two of us. The kitchen was small but adequate for breakfast and lunch. Additional pots and pans would be helpful and a new can opener is needed. We were on the second floor and the broken elevator was a definite problem since we are above age 70 and carrying suitcases and other belongings up the steps was very troublesome.

Villa Capriani is so beautiful

Villa Capriani is the most beautiful Resort! The restaurant is great. We have stayed here 5 times so far. Not in this room but 4 times before. The only thing that needs improvement is the mattress. It was so dirty under the fitted mattress cover. Frank is an excellent host! The nicest man ever. As long as the mattress is cleaned or replaced , this is the place to stay!

Small but fit our needs

Our host Frank was great he reached out weeks in advance via text so we could communicate . He gave us all the check in info and we were able to get access early. Bed was a king so we had plenty of sleep space only draw back is the cooking area is cramped and a table to sit at would be beneficial. We watched Tropical storm hammer the beach but we had a good view of the pier

Frank rules!

I've been renting vacation rentals for 20 plus years. This was the simplest most non-intrusive rental I've had in a while. Frank was super communicative and accommodating. The place is super cool. Simple setup but very clean and a great location. The check in and check out process was pretty much non-existent. Just walk up punching your code on with your awesome adventure. Dan
