The perfect beach apot

We celebrated our 10 year wedding anniversary this past weekend here and had the best experience. From the cleanliness of the condo to multiple pools and beach front access, we couldn’t have asked for more. Lloyd was easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed to check in and out smoothly. The onsite restaurant was amazing. If you have celiac or gluten intolerance this is your place. We loved it so much and we are booking again!!!

Things I would have liked to know ahead of time!

Our family loves Topsail & specifically Villa Capriani. Host was excellent & responsive. He let us know in advance to bring own linens. However, it would have been nice to have a little more info on the listing! This condo is bare minimum. Make sure to pack trash bags, dish soap/dishwasher tabs, sponges/rags to clean kitchen with, paper towels/toilet paper, laundry det, soap, salt & pepper, oil or any seasonings, coffee filters, etc. I don’t mind bringing everyday items from home, but it would have been nice to know ahead of time! The couches and bed are def uncomfortable & need replaced, but we spent most of our time out at the beach & down by the pools. In all, we had a great couple of nights but probably would not stay at this particular condo again in the future.
