Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Return parking passes where you found them/. If any passes are missing, renter will be charged $150 each.(per HOA)
Return pool passes where you found them. Each missing pass will be $50 each per HOA
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
