A lovely place at the beach

Wonderfully appointed home. Anything you could possibly want is there. Very clean. We did have an issue with the AC in the master bedroom, but Amy was super responsive and got it sorted right out. Only downside was the beach is quite inaccessible at times during the day, due to the tide coming in. Pay attention to the time of high tide.

Needs updated

We had a 5 day/4 night stay. Unable to use the beach in front of our condo d/t high tide every day until around 3pm. We had to walk down to the end of all the condos, squeeze through next to a fence, and use the beach in front of other owned condos. The biggest problem we had was the A/C in the bedroom. It did not work the entire time. The first night we stayed it blew out hot air all night, miserable!! I contacted the manager the next day, and she got us a portable A/C and had the exhaust/duct taped into the window A/C unit that didn’t work. Needless to say, that did not work either. All the exhaust/heat just built up in the bedroom. It was worse than the first night. So I text her the next day again and told her her it didn’t work. She then said she’d bring something else out. She brought a dehumidifier out, which unfortunately did not work either. Once again, I let her know the next morning. She got back with me and told me someone would be coming out to fix it. That never happened. We left at midnight on our last night because we just could not be there sleeping in the heat another night. This was probably the worst place we’ve ever stayed at, all because of the broken A/C. People should make sure everything is in working order before renting it out, making money as if everything is in proper working order. The manager did offer a refund but we only had 2 days left, everything around was booked
