Welcome to some of the most spectacular views on Topsail Island! Architecturally designed and built to the highest height allowed on the Island, this home enjoys a panoramic 360-degree view of the ocean, beach, Intracoastal Waterway, and islands. You'll love the mahogany elevator with four-floor service, including a covered inclement weather entrance on the ground floor through a terra cotta foyer, with a window overlooking the islands of the Intracoastal Waterway during the ride up, and stops on any floor.

6,500 square feet of total living space includes a 3,000 square-foot-interior plus 3,500 square feet of decking with 360-degree verandas surrounding the entire house on three different levels, including more than 1,000 square feet of sunning decks on the top floor with stunning views all over the island, and 2,500 square feet of covered shady decks to escape the hot mid-summer sun while still feeling the ocean mist and gentle summer breeze, also surrounding the entire house. Decks feature complete side catwalks on all three levels surrounding the entire house so you can always find a choice spot to capture the full breeze or sun or to escape them on the opposite side. There's also a bonus picnic and sand castle area on ground floor with the sounds of crashing waves in the background.

The penthouse-level primary bedroom boasts a custom built-in maple bed and integrated wall unit with closets and roomy dressers. Awaken to views of the beach, the entire aqua ocean horizon, the emerald green islands, and passing boats of the Intracoastal Waterway. Also enjoy the wall-mounted HD TV. The penthouse en suite bath was meticulously constructed of 100% imported white Italian marble, with a unique frameless glass shower wall/door enclosing a two-person shower with a super high-flow invigorating rain head, plus an independent separately controlled detachable massage shower head on the opposite side, with a riverbed stone floor made of smooth aqua ocean stones and ocean glass, for an unbelievably relaxing and stress-relieving shower experience. There is even a built-in spa seat so you never really have to leave the shower! It also has top-of-the-line modern European fixtures and facilities.

An amazing stainless steel and beechwood spiral staircase custom made and imported from Austria joins the third-floor to fourth-floor level, which never fails to dramatically unveil the most captivating views of the beach. A completely open vaulted cypress wood ceiling with dramatic indirect peripheral up-lighting surrounds the entire space, to enjoy a movie on the HD TV with the sub-woofer enhanced sound system. One-and-a-half kitchens include a complete kitchen on the second main floor with an eat-in table, as well as a bar kitchen on the fourth penthouse level with a full sink, dishwasher, fridge, and microwave.

Two family rooms each have HD TVs. The formal dining room on the top level is furnished with an elegant counter height table and chairs, plus more seats at the granite circular bar, all overlooking the spectacular panoramic ocean and Intracoastal view. There is a teak table that can be used indoors for supplementary seating or outside on the deck with a shade umbrella. Top-floor deck furniture includes the tall bar-height Adirondack chairs and table looking over the railing for the absolute best views of the island, day or night. Nighttime star-viewing is spectacular since the top level is above the light pollution of streetlights!

The second primary bedroom is on the same floor as the main kitchen and family room and features a ceiling fan, a private bath with a large garden tub for a relaxing moment away from the crowd, a separate shower, and a separate vanity area so two can get ready for the next event at the same time. The kids' room has a bunk they'll love. There are also two separate beachfront guest bedrooms on the third floor level with ceiling fans, along with a high-ceiling covered deck, which also has an outdoor spiral stair down to the second-floor family room deck level. A large bath on the third floor features a separate tub with a shower plus an independent shower stall. Enjoy plenty of deck furniture to admire the outdoors, including many Adirondack chairs and lounge chairs, plus a very unique solid teak, carved table and chairs sculpted into the form of giant teak crabs! A very large in-ground pool and built-in hot tub will surely be the highlight of your family vacation. Take advantage of having a fully enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water, plus a beach access dune crossover right in front of house.
