Spacious home.

Very nice clean home and so spacious which was perfect for our family beach trip with 2 toddlers and 4 teenagers. The closest public beach access we found was a 10 min walk which was a small hassle with the littles. Parking is very spacious as well. We had 5 cars there. Hot water comes and goes in the shower and we noticed it more when all the showers were running at the same time. We were upset that the pool was not ready during our stay at the house. The elevator was the star of the show!!! It helped out so much with groceries and our older folks on the trip. Overall we enjoyed our time here and hope the owners are able to fix the minor issues for future guests.

Beautiful new build but needs a few finishing touches

Proximity to beach was great! Easy walk! While the home is new it was obvious it wasn’t quite 100% ready for vacationers yet. Some of amenities listed were not there or didn’t work. I did ask about hot water not working and customer service stated “ I do apologize for the inconvenience, Hot water isn't an amenity at the home.” I had to laugh…it’s 2025 guys!! We never saw anyone come to fix but luckily problem fixed itself after day 2. Home has smart thermostat and will change the temp in different intervals during the day. So make sure you change to a setting that won’t roast you. One evening the top floor reset to 80 degrees. Other items didn’t work in the home but we made the best of it. Customer service did try to help as best as they could. All and all we would rent again…after everything has been fixed and completed of course!
