Spend your days soaking up the sun and watching the boat traffic on the Intracoastal on your private balcony, conveniently furnished with enough tables and chairs. The carpeted living area features inviting sofas, chairs, board games for the entire family, dozens of books, a TV, and a wet bar in the corner.
