The condo is in a good location, close to Sneads Ferry. I would not suggest staying here if you want to go out directly to the beach from the condo as the only time you can go out is during low tide. During high tide the water is up to the condos and so there is no beach for you to walk out on. I wish the condo would have smelled fresher, it smelled old (probably from all of the moisture in the air being right at the ocean like it is) other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Nice stay

I was pleasantly surprised to see a newer couch and stools than what is in the pictures. The bed was comfortable as well as the bunks for my son and brother. Loved hearing the waves crash even in the bedroom, so nice to fall asleep to. There arent many pans for cooking so I recommend bringing one or two.
