This beautiful 5 bedroom 3.5 bath home sits right on the ocean at 35 Porpoise Place in prestigious Dolphin Shores, which is located on the north end of Topsail Island. It has an elevator, hardwood floors in the living areas, carpeted bedrooms and plenty of deck space.

The upper living level has the living areas plus the master suite. The living area has a large screen TV. On the ocean side there's an open deck with a table and chairs stretching the width of the home for enjoying the views or working on your suntan. There's also a small balcony on the street side for watching the boats ply the Intracoastal Waterway.

The lower living level has 4 bedrooms, 3 of which have access to an ocean front deck, plus the laundry. WiFi is available throughout the property.

Outdoors there's an enclosed shower, covered parking, and a bad weather entry under the house. This home is a luxury vacation spot you'll never forget!

Dogs(only) allowed with a $175 per dog non-refundable fee.

This property comes with a free linen package for weekly rentals ONLY, which includes: bed sheets, pillow cases, towels, wash clothes, bath mats, and kitchen towel sets. Any stay less than a week the linens will be a guest charge to be added to the reservation cost.

Check-in will be in person at the Coastline Realty rental office which is located at 965 Old Folkstone Rd. Suite 108 Sneads Ferry, NC 28460. ID’s will be required at check-in and must match the name on the reservation contract. At check-in, guest will be given a CHECK-IN PACKET that will include: WiFi information, keys or key code whichever applies, parking passes, pool passes (if required), any additional house rules if applicable, directions to property, emergency contact information, things to do info sheet, and check-out procedures. PLEASE DO NOT GO DIRECTLY TO THE PROPERTY BEFORE CHECK-IN AS IT WILL ONLY DELAY THE PROCESS FOR YOU. IF HOUSEKEEPERS OR INSPECTORS SEE CARS IN THE DRIVEWAY, THEY WILL MOVE ON TO THE NEXT HOUSE AND YOU MAY MISS YOUR EARLY ROTATION WITH CLEANING/INSPECTING.

FOR LATE ARRIVAL CHECK-IN YOU WILL NEED TO CALL THE OFFICE (910-327-7711) BEFORE NOON ON YOUR CHECK-IN DAY TO RECEIVE AFTER HOURS CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS. PLEASE BE PREPARED TO FORWARD A DIGITAL COPY OF YOUR PHOTO ID (NAME MATCHING THE RESERVATION) TO THE OFFICE.
