Important Booking Requirement

A separate Rental Agreement is mandatory for all reservations. The agreement must be signed and returned within the timeframe provided after booking and prior to arrival. Failure to complete and return the Rental Agreement as required may result in cancellation of the reservation in accordance with Airbnb’s Terms of Service.

The individual making the reservation must be at least 25 years of age and must be physically present at the property for the full duration of the stay. Third-party bookings are strictly prohibited.

Recreational Vehicles and Liability

The host does not provide, rent, or maintain any snowmobiles, ATVs, or recreational vehicles. Guests assume full responsibility for the operation, storage, and transportation of their equipment. Trailer parking is provided at the guest’s own risk.

Cleaning

The standard cleaning fee is $150 for the entire home. If guests elect not to utilize this service where permitted by platform rules, the home must be thoroughly cleaned prior to departure and returned in the same condition in which it was received.
