  • Unwind in Smithville at this newly renovated, ranch style, brick home in a peaceful, private country setting. The home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, den, kitchen, dining room, large laundry room, and back patio. Plenty of level parking with circle driveway. Located 5 miles from Smithville and 10 miles to the nearest Center Hill Lake access.
    Bedroom # 1 has a queen bed, Bedroom #2 has a queen bed, and Bedroom #3 has a full bed. Amenities include Wi-Fi, TVs w/Ruko in Bedroom #1 and Living Room, new appliances including cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer, toaster, coffee maker and more.
    Bathroom #1 has tub w/shower. Bathroom #2 is a smaller, full bathroom with a walk-in shower.
    Note - There is a room on the end of the home which is currently used for storage that is not part of the rental unit and is not accessible to guests.
