  • Relax with the whole family at this peaceful lake views house. Cozy and charming house with open floorplan on the main living space. 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Fireplace and complete kitchen. Decks on the main floor and off of the primary suite. Brand new black porcelain bath tub to relax in. Just minutes away to the boat launch and marina. This resort feeling house is a wonderful retreat. Come check out the great restaurants in Smithville and spend the day on Center Hill Lake.

The listing doesn't say enough about how amazing the view is. Just unreal! If you need to get away and relax and just enjoy the quiet and beauty this is the spot. House is at the end of a cul-de-sac so it makes it even more quiet. The host is also incredible to work with. So quick and on top of everything. Really made the trip even better. Only thing to note: Stairs between 2nd floor and 1st floor are steep. So if you have trouble with stairs that could potentially be a problem.5 Stars. Open layout with kitchen and view all together. Can't be beat.

This is a great option very close to the lake and many waterfalls and a quick drive into town! Host replies fast and efficiently, house was nice and matched listing for the most part aside from the 3rd bedroom having a bunk bead meaning more than 5 could stay. A note for anyone who has a hard time with stairs all bedrooms are downstairs. House did have a lot of bugs dead and alive including lady bugs, roaches, Rolly Polly’s, Spiders and also found 1 dead scorpion. Other than the bugs and general house wear and tear we had a great stay!
