"Beautiful place, lovely room, great views, quiet and delicious restaurant- parking can be difficult or far away so book early if you don’t want to walk or haul your bags 15 minutes away."

"Very cozy, convenient, modern hotel. Staff is friendly and informative. Stopped for a night while traveling from Copenhagen to Stockholm by train. Appreciated the free laundry. Enjoyed our free admission to the IKEA museum. Dinner at Grillen’s was delicious with a modern twist on traditional food. Hotel is being expanded, but we did not encounter loud noise or any inconveniences. Our room was fresh and totally remodeled. As you would expect from IKEA, everything was very modern and functional. We would love to come back and see the hotel when construction is complete."

"Loved this place and would have preferred to stay here our entire time in Vaxjo but they were already booked. The underground parking, the comfort of the rooms, the location, the sauna and breakfast were all top notch!"

"Room was clean. We asked for a fan and it was no problem. The breakfast was lovely. This hotel is very close to the central station and walkable to everything. It is a small town yet lovely. Wevwouls consider staying here and making trips to Kalmer. We came from Copenhagen and it was a 2.5 hour train ride."

"We stayed one night on our way to Stockholm. Hotel has an extraordinary view over the lake and a nice walk through the nature reserve below. On a busy road but rooms were very quiet."

"Beautiful location for a relaxing break. We enjoyed the spa facilities and breakfast was great, lots of choice and nice coffee. Would recommend having a car, 30min drive to Kalmar for the Ironman"
