Das Frühstück war gut und reichhaltig Das Personal war freundlich -Da das Hotel gerade im Umbau ist, werden die Gäste in Kontainern untergebracht, die klein, hellhörig und wackelig sind, unmöglich eingerichtet und komplett aus Plastik bestehen. Diese Information war nirgends hinterlegt. Dennoch wurde der volle Zimmerpreis genommen. -Das Kontainerfenster ließ sich schlecht öffnen und schließen -vor dem Fenster lagen in einer Grube die Abwasserkanäle offen

Mooie pas gerenoveerde kamers, uitstekende service

Mooie gerenoveerde, netjes ingerichte kamers met goede airco. Chique badkamers. Minpuntje: losse bedden in 2-persoonskamers. Ontbijt nog wat eenvoudig. Heerlijk vriendelijke service. Mooi aan de rand van Sluis gelegen.

Vriendelijk personeel, gedateerde maar gezellige uitstraling. Ligging t.o.v. centrum was prima. Standaardkamers ver beneden peil en absoluut in geen enkele verhouding tot de prijs. Tijdelijke situatie tot na verbouwing, maar dit kon echt niet!

Gut für einen Kurzurlaub

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Frühstück einladend und wirklich ausreichend. Die Reinigung der Zimmer ließ leider etwas zu wünschen übrig, nach 3 gebuchten Nächten, war der Boden noch immer nicht von Krümeln befreit. Die zur Verfügung gestellten Hygieneartikel wurden auf Nachfrage nicht wieder aufgefüllt. Eine Garderobe im Zimmer wäre schön, ebenso ein ordentlicher Fön. Die Lage ist toll. Das Essen im Restaurant war gut. Der Neubau weiterer Zimmer scheint toll und modern zu werden.

Een plek om terug te gaan .

het is een magnifieke ligging , her was prachtig weer om Sluis te bezoeken . De patron en mevrouw zijn zeer vriendelijk en de 3 gangen keuze menu was lekker . Ook het ontbijt was meer dan voldoende .

Het was het net niet!

Onpersoonlijke ontvangst door een buitenlandse medewerker die de Nederlandse taal niet beheerst. Uitleg in Engels ging wel. Dacht bij een Nederlands familiehotel terecht te komen. Tijdens verblijf bij het ontbijt wederom een buitenlandse medewerkster, die steeds achter de feiten aan moest! Broodjes op, eitjes niet goed gekookt! Vers fruit alle dagen van verblijf al op om 09.00 uur werd ookniet aangevuld. Hotelkamer zeer krap en summier ingericht. Bedden zijn wel goed, warm water in douche prima wel wat krap allemaal. Eigenaren het wordt tijd voor een grondige aanpak/vernieuwing/verbouwing van jullie Hotel! Wij komen niet meer terug. Ligging is prima! Leuk stadje Sluis!
