The modern and fully air-conditioned "Adria View" villa is located in the popular village of Komarna, an idyllic village 70 km from the city of Dubrovnik, right on Mali Ston Bay. Here, we are surrounded by lush greenery and unspoiled nature—a truly luxurious holiday with relaxation guaranteed! Our holiday villa is ideal for large families, groups of friends, or even small groups of up to 8 people.

On the upper floor
Here you’ll find a cosy bedroom with a Smart TV, approximately 40 square metres in size, featuring a double bed and a sleeper sofa, along with a private shower room, a guest bathroom, and a 38-square-meter terrace.

On the ground floor
Here you’ll find two cosy bedrooms, each with a smart TV, a private shower room, and a large shared balcony.

On the ground floor
The modern living room features a smart TV and a comfortable corner sofa with a coffee table. Adjacent to the living room is the inviting dining room with a granite table and seating for eight people. In the fully equipped kitchen, you can prepare your favourite meals.
There’s also access to the front and back terraces and the pool, which offers fantastic views. A separate room houses a washing machine, a guest bathroom, and a storage room.

The front terrace features a wonderful 48 m² saltwater pool, a large open-air grill, 6 sun loungers, 2 swings, an outdoor dining table seating 8, and a table for morning coffee with your loved ones.
