"I found the service was great - very helpful and organized hosts. The housekeeper was always on hand and quick to respond. The house itself is very spacious and comfortable- it was perfect for us as 2 families of 4. Very clean and great facilities with the pool, table tennis and use of the sports center across the road. "Väldigt bra läge precis vid stranden med havsutsikt och nära till restuaranger, strandpromenad och shopping. Fanns mycket aktiviteter att göra men minus för att allt var så dyrt. Lägenheten var toppen och fint skick men vi fick ingen städning på hela veckan då vi hade bokat själva och inte genom resebyrå. Minus också för att AC:n i sovrummet inte fungerade och det var plus 30 grader hela veckan. AC i allrummet fungerade bra. "

"We, 3 people, stayed 4 nights in the Panoramic-balcony-ocean view Apartment. The view from the balcony was stunning, the apartment was very comfortable with nice interior, the WiFi and the AC worked great. The whole complex was kept spotless by 2 friendly, service minded hostesses, Iva and Anamarija. The pool was supernice and the whole place was peaceful and quiet. It’s 5-10 minutes to the beaches and restaurants. This place is highly recommended by us and we would love to come back!"

"The Bluesun Hotel Berulia has a lot going for it. The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained, the location is lovely, and having a nice beach directly in front of the hotel is a huge plus. Breakfast was included in our stay and we enjoyed it—the selection and quality were good. Unfortunately, the room experience didn’t live up to the same standard. We stayed in a Superior Room, which we found uncomfortable. Housekeeping was also disappointing, and the toiletries provided felt quite low quality for a hotel at this price point. Another small but telling detail was the coffee in the room. Only packets of instant coffee were provided. At this level and price, I would expect something more elevated, such as a Nespresso or similar coffee machine. Overall, the setting, grounds, beach, and breakfast are the highlights, but the rooms, housekeeping, amenities, and attention to detail need improvement to match the price and the impression the hotel creates from the outside."

"The hotel is beautiful! The location is excellent and the staff are amazing. When we arrived my room had a bit of an issue and they went out of there way to help make my stay comfortable and make sure I was happy. No excuses they were on it. My room was incredible with a panoramic view of the beach. ( worth it!) AC works perfect which you need because it’s sooooo hot. The breakfast is excellent and everyone greets you with a smile. They truly want you to have a great time. The outdoor bar is so convenient and the dinner was great. Oh and the spa was fabulous… best massage yet. I will definitely go back to this hotel. The beaches are crowded but if you walk a bit you find a spot in no time and people are just so happy to help you. Can’t wait to go back!"

"Comfortable bed, beautiful view of the sea, great breakfast, clean room and entire hotel, great location by the sea, walking distance to the beach, main promenade. Not well thought through and dangerous design of the access to the balcony. Door threshold is good 25 plus cm high and 20 cm wide. The balcony floor is 20 plus cm above the room floor. When you walk from the balcony to the room you are stepping well deep in. I fell badly at night with dim light. I don’t drink alcohol, do no drugs, I am in good health, I beat up myself badly. Really bad design!"
