"Floors were dirty. And plumbing was gurgling quite often. Nothing was overflowing, but I was concerned that I might wake up with flooding…..they did give me an extra hour for departure. So that was nice. "

"I think the front desk staff was good, but my room smelled a little weird, the entryway light wasn’t working, there was one glass and no ice bucket, and definitely hadn’t been vacuumed - there were chip crumbs under the desk, and toenail clippings next to the bed, which I didn’t see until the morning when the room was brighter. While the price was good, the cleanliness of the room wasn’t."

"Decent place, no protein available for breakfast, but good coffee. I have stayed here before, comfortable bed and convenient."

"The hotel is in a good location. It was a nice place to stay as a stopover. And it was clean."

"It took 50 minutes to check in, a long line, and not enough staff. When I was leaving, the elevators were full, so after 5 minutes I walked down with my luggage. I understand they had a big group, but if they are having one, they should be prepared."

"Had two rooms, one for son’s family. Hotel was great. Friendly and a great breakfast. Trail behind hotel for walking. Toddler books in library. Gym. Just a wonderful place to stay. To me, better than Hilton."
