"This house has a great location. Close to the beach, plenty of room. But it was extremely dirty. To start with the kitchen cabinets had food spills all over them, fronts of appliances were full of fingerprints, windows dirty, locks on some sliders didn’t work, rugs are old and dirty, lights that don’t work. I thought I had gotten a cold while we were there to the point where I left a day early only to discover that the filters on the AC had not been changed in probably years. Full of dust...

"We go every year about this time and it's great. Staying here gives you permission to park across the street and have passes to the beach at the community of million $ homes. SWEET. They shared that while the summer was good the fall has been awful. I blame the Orange Failure in our white house for scaring everyone away!"

"The house was located on a 4 x 4 only beach, which would have been fine if we had been informed prior to our arrival about the conditions to expect and the proper way to navigate them. We arrived after dark, during high tide, with inflated tires. We should have been told to watch the tide charts because the beach becomes impassable at high tide. We were not, and barely made it to our turn off because it was a shortly after high tide. We should have been told about letting the air out of the tires to make driving on the beach doable, which we were not. This resulted in us getting stuck in the sand and a costly towing bill. We were advised against driving the beach at night by the tow truck driver who said it was very dangerous if you were unfamiliar with the beach. There are many hazards that could have ruined our vehicle if we hit one, luckily we didn’t. The constant monitoring and worrying over high tide and our schedule made for a miserable trip. We were obviously not from the area and consider it negligent that the leasing company did not give us any information other than we needed a four wheel drive vehicle. "

"We really enjoyed our stay here! It was nice having so much space with all of the family. The kids enjoyed the pool and volleyball area. The house was clean and came with so much to do. Having the golf cart was amazing to drop the beach stuff off and the family. Sherrie was fabulous! We have never had a host to be so informative and communicative. She was very helpful and responded immediately. We highly recommend staying here and we will be staying again!!"
