Only negative was that there wasn't an elevator. Staff in the bar/restaurant were very friendly and provided great service. Reception staff helped with baggage due to some of us being a bit incapacitated.

Lovely quiet location so as I like a cold room, I was able to have window fully open with no outside noise. Staff were charming & really attentive and the restaurant service & food was great.
