Located in the heart of Sliema and a stone throw away from the beach, enjoy what this 2-bedroom penthouse has to offer. This lovely property is located on the sixth floor. It's accessible via steps or elevator till the fifth floor and from there it's one flight of steps to the Penthouse. The property features two bedrooms with one room offering 1 king bed and another room offering 2 single beds, perfect for a small group of guests. It's fully air conditioned in summer and heated in winter. With 2 bathrooms (one en-suite) equipped with a rainfall shower, sink, toilet, hairdryer, towels, shampoo, and soap, you'll have all the comforts of home. The living room is equipped with a smart TV, DVD player, and even has a sofa bed for additional sleeping space. A fully equipped kitchen. A front terrace complete with a BBQ. A back balcony. A separate laundry room with washer and dryer. To top it all up there is also a private sun deck complete with a five person hot-tub used all year round and four sun loungers. A perfect place to watch the sunset and also relax at the end of a full day packed with sightseeing. Fast and reliable Wi-Fi throughout the property in also included. It's location is ideal since its in the center of Malta and is well served by public transport making it a great base to explore what the country has to offer. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember.
