"This was a very bizzare property. It’s NOT a hotel. It’s a 3 Bedroom apartment with locking bedroom doors. There is a common living room and common kitchen. The property is run from an office in Italy and they don’t do well with English. The wi-fi was terrible and the beds were awful. The property location is NOT correct on the Hotels.com app. We ended up going to the wrong area then having to call another car to get to the actual location. "Hotel itself is beautiful & feels like a 5* should. Pool area is not owned by the hotel. Hotel guests ushered to corner areas. Pool beds are luxurious & deep but not clean, stains over them & after some rain were saturated. Spa is also not owned by the hotel & needs some attention, crumbling shower walls etc"
