Room fine, Nice touch to use gym and thermal suite facilities. Staff - service was fine although sometimes a bit too casual. Didn’t find train too noisy but grateful of ear plugs.

Imperial Hotel

The hotel is very well located, allowing you to walk to all the main sights. Overall, the staff was friendly to us, except for the person at the reception on Saturday morning, who was a bit rude. The room was ideal for a short stop over but not suitable for a couple as bed very small . unfortunately not clean as came away with ringworm !!
