Lovely hotel, clean with a bar and restaurant, great location. Our room was big very clean quiet comfortable bed but pillows were very poor. KFC and Mc donalds are next door to it and a shopping center too.

The price of dinner is definitely too high. One has to pay separately for each food item. For example, if I remember correctly, a pork chop alone costs 23 zl., potato wedges 6 zl and salad bar 14 zl. It amounts to 43 zl. compared to the price of 27 zl for the same food eaten at Irena, the restaurant offering Polish cuisine in the most expensive city, Sopot, Poland. The Szafran owner and management has to wake up and make the prices more affordable. Also, my sister was served a half-raw grilled chicken. When I reported it to a waitress, she shrugged her shoulders.

Very nice hotel , room was like an apartment and i had only booked a single room. The downside is you have to take a taxi into the centre as its not walking distance from anywhere . The good news is its cheap to do so . Lovely shopping centre beside hotel with nice places for food or coffee and a little shopping if your just on a short stay with a few hours to spare

Wonderful staff, excellent restaurant, perfectly clean, and very quiet considering it’s close to the road. A good location to access Sosnowiec, Będzin, and shopping at the new adjacent mall.

Great place to stay if you like to shop
This is a good hotel in Sosnicowice, hard to find clean decent hotels in this area but this hotel is great, clean and modern. It’s right next door to shopping centre ( only not on Sundays) as shops close in Poland. Overall clean comfortable hotel .. only problem no refrigerator but that was a minor thing

Above Average Hotel, Great staff
I stayed for two days and it was a pleasure. The staff go me coffee at 3 am with a smile which is great. I would recommended highly to anybody to stay at the hotel. As well, it has a huge shopping mall walking distance from the hotel and the highway beside made it easy to get to my destinations.

Excellent hotel, great location
This was our first visit to Poland and our 6 night stay was to visit family nearby. The hotel is immaculately presented, both inside and out and the room was extremely comfortable and well planned. All the hotel staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient and the language was no problem, with us having no knowledge of the Polish language! Breakfast was excellent, with a very wide choice of food available. We also had main meals in both the bar and restaurant and again there was an extensive choice and very high quality. We would certainly visit this hotel again and highly recommend it.

Great hotel
Very good hotel with an amazing food at their restaurant. Perfect location, shopping centre next door. Rooms are very modern and comfortable. One negative comment: pillows are shocking. Next time I stay there I will be asking for better ones.

Bardzo przyjazny i pomocny personel, dobry standard hotelu. Pomimo bliskiej lokalizacji z sąsiadująca droga o dużym natężeniu ruchu bardzo cicho w pokojach, praktycznie żadnego odgłosu zewnetrznego. Szeroki asortyment śniadaniowy.
