"the view is great. unfortunately the apartment is not clean. children in particular question everythings: the traces of blood from dead animals on the wall or the dirty curtains with all the animal carcasses. the crockery is not complete, one teaspoon for 4 people. unfortunately no coffee maker or toaster and the dishes were not clean. there are 6 apartments in total and you can hear each other's movements at night"

Water in the pool was not thermal and we couldn’t even make reservations for spa services, tried three times and employees were not even available. "To say this place was fantastic would be an understatement. The apartment was so new, clean, and beautiful we wished we had stayed another night (we were only passing through from Budapest to Prague). Parking is easily accesible once you send your car registration to the hotel which was tricky for us at first but we managed to find it and get it done. This was a very last minute booking and by far is the nicest place we stayed in during our 12 day European trip. Breakfast was superb as well. "

"A hidden gem! Everything about this hotel is luxurious, from the heated flooring, fresh breakfast platter, super comfortable rooms, to sitting outside watching the sunset drinking locally made wines. It genuinely is 10/10 and the staff are also pure class. We were sad to leave but will definitely have it on our revisit list."
