"The house is basically brand new. The location is ideal for access to the Buffalo River (multiple put-in and take-out points), restaurants, grocery stores, hiking, biking, sight-seeing, and more. The hot tub was an added bonus. I highly recommend this house. Melissa and her team are very responsive and easy to work with."

"What a gorgeous location! Perfect spot for our float on the Buffalo from Tyler Bend to Gilbert. Easy to park our trailer in the driveway. Comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed to make meals. Loved the back porch to play music and gaze at the stars. We felt like the only ones on the mountain! We'll be back for sure!"
