"There was no any stay. I went there with my reservation which clearly stated the reservation is confirmed and no need to call.The place was shut and the reception number that was indicated on the door, the line was closed. What a terrible experience. And hotel.coms did not help much either."

"This is a brand new hotel, everything is clean and shiny, you can still smell the fresh paint from the walls and the furnitures. i just not sure how it will feel like in the winter because there is a lot of naked floor area."

"There wasen’t any hot water when we arrived in the evening. The staff told us it was because they were fully booked and the hot water has been used. We have never experienced this before at any place and the spa that we had also smelled really bad when we tried to use it. They didn’t compensate in any way. Can’t recomend the place, are not comming back. "

"The hotel is close to the castle. Breakfast was good. The higher priced level room was very small with a low height bed and little space to move around the bed. Many many short flights of steps in the lodging area with more than 30 steps up to the swimming pool. Not ideal."
