We’ve traveled the entire country and seen the most amazing places but the Ambelona Retreat is in its a class of its own. From the amazing service from our host George, to the phenomenal views and architecture, this place can only be described as magical. We will 100% be back and I can’t wait. Thank you!!"

"Quiet and secluded. The view of the mountains reminded me of the Smokey Mountains. All the rooms are facing the mountains and either have a patio or deck with a small table and chairs. This family run business was very friendly and helpful. The property was a bit hard to find in the village but once located we were able to find it again and again very easily. Look for signs on buildings. There is no address listed on Expedia only the name of the village. If you're looking for a place to just relax and get away from it all after sightseeing, this is the place. No amenities but a relaxing view of the mountains with a glass of wine while you wait for your dinner to be prepared. "
