"The room was spacious and well supplied for the most part. A quiet neighborhood, easy walk for groceries. The floor was quite dirty, but they had a mop and bucket so was easy to clean it. There were no kitchen towels of any kind, but plenty of bath towels. A dishwasher and fridge were a real plus! Radiant in floor heat was so nice in the bathroom too! Unfortunately for us, there were kids unattended in the stairwells playing and making noise until midnight. No fault of the management, but...

"Checked in for a few days in early October and met the property owner Andrej at the apartment. Andrej was very welcoming and gave us lots of useful information about Ljubljana. The apartment is delightful, very cosy and with everything you need. Very close to centre of Ljubljana (5 minutes on bus or 15 minutes walk), and also close to supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Really enjoyed our stay here!!"

"Well situated, close to Bled but far enough to avoid the traffic jams in summer. Well appointed, with a well-stocked kitchen and plenty of sitting areas. Three good sized bedrooms, although the double bedroom at the top of the house has no curtains / blind, which meant it wasn't ideal with the early summer dawn. But overall, an absolutely lovely place to spend a week and explore a beautiful country."

"This property is moldy and unhealthy. Mold is present through entire kitchen and the owners know that. I have gotten health reactions to spores, which are circulating throughout. The host have charged me for my staying even though my physical reaction to their hazardous house. This accommodation should be removed from the listing and avoided by any means!!!"

"Property was not cleaned very well. Two week stay and no change of towels or bedding - had to take time out to clean them ourselves. Wifi did not work - was told it was because of the weather and then it came to light it was the owners account issue (sounded like this was not news) and was never fixed in the two weeks. Because the Wifi was not available there was no Smart TV. Outside area was not one to use and had not been cleaned for a long time. Damp smells in some of the rooms. General...

"Lovely house in great location. Showers really good (important with 6 women). Beds comfortable and large rooms. Kitchen could do with more equipment (1 wine glass only!) and could have left enough washing up liquid/ loo roll (only a bit of both) and some salt and pepper etc."

"Vila Minka was a perfect family stay. Perfect location - 10 mins into the centre of bled, a lovely bakery about 5 mins walk away, bus stop about 2 mins walk. Gorgeous views from the bedrooms. The Vila was really well equipped, it had everything we needed plus more. We loved the extra touches, the board & card games, the coffee makers, all catering equip, loads of white fluffy towels, beach towels, blankets - everything you need is here. "The apartment is a jewel box, full of unique furniture and historic items. The backyard is also a delight, with fruit trees and flowers and lots of outdoor dining space. It’s a little far to walk to the lake with children, but there is pay parking by the beach and camping area."
