"What a wonderful hotel and room! Very modern, quiets; clean. A bit of a walk to the main tourist areas but there was a bus nearby. The shopping mall next door has terrific sit down restaurants as well as quick eats. And a grocery store there as well. Would definitely recommend."

"Citizen M is a tech savvy quirky hotel with a fabulous staff. We chose the breakfast option and the food choices were great. They also made wonderful lattes. Jann (not sure of the spelling) was so informative and helpful. The location is very convenient. The metro is right across the street. Tivoli garden entrance is right around the corner. The rooms are very functional and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel was very quiet. I didn’t hear any of my neighbors or street noise. I loved the little brightly colored animals that you could see on each floor from each of the elevators. The green penguin was my favorite. You could opt out of cleaning and they made a donation to a charity for each day you skipped. I would definitely stay here again. It is one of my favorite hotels. "
