It was great staying at Mr. P’s. A nice and easy bus ride from the airport, walking distance from all shopping and restaurants and easy to get to the bus to go to the beach. Clean place and easy access to the room.

Clean but basic

The hotel was clean but basic. There are a lot of steps to get to the hotel which made it difficult to get to. We stayed for one night, it was comfortable and relatively quiet. The check in using the radefy app didn’t work but we were helped by some very friendly helpful staff via email and text message.

Great location. Room okay, shower incredibly small. Could hear the neighbouring room talking. On a main road so can be noisy. Had issues with obtaining check in codes but very helpful once we managed to contact them.

Everything about my stay at Mr. P Boutique Residence was wonderful. The location is amazing: a few steps from the bus stop; only about 20 minutes easy walk from the airport (there is also a bus); 5 minute walk to the ferry pier, and close to the main hub of town but still nice and quiet. Also a nice coffee shop directly beneath the hotel, with very friendly staff and good food. A special shoutout goes to Raphaela at Mr. P.; she is amazing! So welcoming and friendly, and she has so much great info about where to go on Skiathos. Raphaela even helped me solve a booking error that I had made in another city! Thank you Raphaela, you’re the best! I will be back to Skiathos, and I can’t imagine wanting to stay anywhere other than Mr.P.

Great value and location for ferry or bus service

Good budget hotel, close to Port and bus terminus. Like most rooms in Greece there’s a smell of smoke but soon cleared away after venting the room. We had an issue with access the room on our return from dinner. The app didn’t work and the manual key code to the room failed to work, after 15 minutes of frustration we finally got it to work! Other than that great location for a single nights stay, and catch an early ferry👍

Lovely apartments

Room was very nicely furnished, comfortable bed, very clean and spacious. Facilities consist of electronic safe, small clothes hanging rail,tv (not satellite,only Greek) fridge,kettle,mugs,glasses and tea spoons,( plates and knives would have been useful though for snacks). Overall very nice, convenient for restaurants and bars, not advisable if you have a problem with stairs as there are a lot of steps to climb to enter the apartments from the street. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Busy spot with lots of convenience

A very clean, modern and convenient room with air conditioning and double glazing. The busy location is excellent for so many things - the bus station, supermarket, tourist office and rentals. The port and town is a few minutes walk. If you want a convenient stop off in Skiathos town this is for you , especially if you are travelling light or backpacking: NB - the stairs to the residence are steep. Not recommended for heavy suitcases, or anyone with mobility issues.The staff could not be more friendly and helpful.

Stylish decor comfortable bed and good aircon. Dimi representing KNM Villas was amazingly helpful and supportive sorting out every problem with great efficiency and charm, even coming to the hotel in the evening with cockroach spray. Whatever her salary is it should be doubled. I did not like the extremely small shower room or poor workmanship however the facilities worked well and the room was well equipped. There is a small view of the sea from the balcony if you look past the electricity pylon. 30 steps up to the hotel entrance from the ground could be a problem for some. The keyless entry system is excellent. The position of the hotel is conveniently close to restaurants and shops and opposite the bus terminus. I did not find it at all noisy and the coffee shop below the hotel is super friendly.

Radefy check in app may be convenient for the owners but for a 70 year old with no wifi it proved to be more than Rafaella wanted to cope with. She was helpful but her long silences on the phone and her deep sighs, made it obvious to me that I was an inconvenience. I waded through but felt insulted by her attitude. It was pouring rain and there were steep stairs to climb to get to the lobby. The room itself was just ok. The bathroom needs serious reconsideration. I got bit in the bed by something. Overall a very negative stay. I would not recommend.

Clean, good location, well decorated. Was unable to get into room for almost an hour, there is no reception staff and we were not given the code to enter. Overall was good for the night but the communication was not great.
