Great value apartment with fantastic views

Great good value apartment with air conditioning and lovely views out to sea. Easy walking in to town and virtually next door to a bakery which was handy for fresh croissants in the morning! Also on the bus route so easy access to the south side of the island. I’d certainly book again.

Wonderful friendly host, the place was clean, but basic accommodation and facilities. We could’ve done with some washing up liquid and tea towels to dry the things we had used. Clean towels, hand soap and toilet paper were provided but nothing else.

Family trip

Everything is excellent. This place feels like a home away from home. The property has a nice beachfront view, walkable to the supermarket restaurants, and is a five-minute drive from the port. Jon is an excellent host, he is approachable , kind and very accommodating. I really appreciate him letting us checked in early. I highly recommend Azalea Studio.

Fantastic apartment!

Great location, perfect to walk shortcdistance alonf beach into town. Great size room with kitchenette,balcony overlooking the sea, greatvfor sunrise and breakfast. Large hot shower, very comfy bed, well equipped kitchen with cafeteria, kettle, cooking equipment, corkscrew etc, fridge freezer, hob and kettle. By quite road.

Perfect location close to town via car but far enough from hustle and bustle. Only 300m down the road is a mini market with food and drinks and swimming goods. Beach across the road and quiet area. Recommend front balcony room for amazing views of sunsets

I had a spaceous room on the top floor with stunning views of the ocean and a good size balcony to take it all in. The beach is just a stone throw away, with direct access across the road. Kitchenette had a fridge, kettle, cuttingboard and utensils. I would note that if you are sensitive to sound, the traffic from the road can be a little loud at night.

I would recommend avoiding this property completely. Firstly, it is very close to a main road and the traffic noise will keep you awake at night. The main issue for us was the hidden costs of staying here, the property owner tried to charge us an extra €6 per day to use the air conditioning. When I refused to pay this (as it is not mentioned on the booking and air conditioning is listed as an included amenity) the property owner became very angry and aggressive towards me (for context I am a 5ft1 female). He was shouting at me in the street, pointing his hands in my face and demanding I come inside with him to make a payment. The general condition of the studios is very poor, it has clearly been neglected over the years. The grounds are in disarray. The only redeeming factor is that this property is opposite a beautiful beach and there is a lovely view from the balcony. The lady who checked us in was lovely and very helpful. She have some great local recommendations and advice. It is just a shame that the property owner does not share the same hospitality. Avoid avoid avoid - unless you want to pay hidden costs & receive aggression from a very angry little man!

Condivido alcuni commenti delle recensioni di altri: il bagno avrebbe bisogno di una sistemata (soprattutto lo scarico del water), il giardino che sarebbe molto bello, è un po’ disordinato e pieno di cose e ci sono le zanzare. Dall’altra parte, però, la stanza che avevo all’ultimo piano era molto grande, con un ampio terrazzo e una bellissima vista che ripagava del resto. Non posso commentare sulle dotazioni della cucina: sono stata solo 2 notti e non ho usato nulla. Rapporto qualità/prezzo molto buono e i proprietari sono stati molto gentili e disponibili per un check in last minute e anticipato.

L’unica cosa bella era la vista sul mare. La camera era sporca con polvere e ragnatele. I materassi dei letti erano vecchie e si sentiva ogni molla sulla schiena, non abbiamo dormito bene. sono da cambiare. Il giardino è tutto in disordine, sembra un accampamento di zingari. Non vale €110 a notte.

Eigentlich hat es von außen ganz lieb ausgesehen. Jedoch schon der erste Abend in der Unterkunft war der Horror. Klimaanlage kaputt und ein unhöflicher Hausherr. Am nächszen Tag platzt der doch glatt mit dem Zweitschlüssel einfach so ins Zimmer. Das ist mir wirklich noch nirgendwo passiert. Zwei Tage wurde geputzt, 1x Wäsche gewechselt, danach nie wieder gesehen. Direkt ander Straße ist es auch wirklich sehr laut. Einmal und nie wieder!!

Excellent rapport qualité-prix

Petite plage en face, Proche de la ville(20 min à pieds). Arrêt de bus, supermarché et location scooterà proximité. À côté d'une super boulangerie e des restaurants. Toutes les plages sont joignables à pieds ou bus. Un peu de bruit à cause de la rue, mais c'est le prix à payer pour un accès facile. Ce n'est certainement pas du luxe, mais propre, pratique et un excellent rapport qualité-prix.
