"Pros- walkable to dining and transit. Spacious-the apartment had good space for our family of 5, clean. The entire center s thing 10-15 mins walking. Lots of nightlife right outside. Cons- this place needs to be renovated. Windows don’t open or some don’t lock, the seals are leaky and don’t dampen outside noise The area is pretty noisy at night. Beds need to be replaced, bathroom lights are corroded and not working, cabinets are in poor condition. Very 90s vibe. "

"This location was perfect for 5 adults. We walked everywhere so the location was very central. There is an Aldi avross the street for groceries and we had an emergent need for a suitcase and there was also mall across the street. There is no AC so plan accordingly. "

"Property owner canceled last minute with no communication. Was left in Dublin with no place to stay an hour and a half before check in. "

"On check-in day, I could not get a response from the property owner. One hour after check-in time the property owner canceled my reservation and we were left out in the cold, 42 degrees. I booked this 1.5 months ago and it was utterly ridiculous that it was canceled an hour after our check-in time. "

"Property forgot to email details, had to call. Then put the wrong address in the email, had to call close to midnight after traveling again. Main office is within walking distance, but the after hours check in could be easier considering there are multiple apartments in the area. "

"LIV is a step above other student accommodation providers who open their rooms to tourists over the summer. My room was clean and comfortable. The check-in was smooth and easy and I had access to the common lounge are in the building. It was also good value for money. "

Com Booked friday morning after a nightmare thursday night the agent was a bit confused as the original propert wasnt meant to be up to hire but went out of their way to find a place for us I cannot recommend this ketting agent enough I will definitely be booking again ☺️ "
